Father’s Day might be Sunday, but why wait until then to treat Dad?

Kick off Father’s Day weekend at Western Sydney Speedway on Saturday, 5 September 2026, with an afternoon and evening of action on track!

Open to all Speedway Australia car classes, the Father’s Day Weekend Open Practice gives competitors plenty of track time to test, practice and prepare ahead of the 2026/27 season.

It's also a great excuse for dad to spend part of his Father’s Day weekend at the Speedway.

Bring Dad along, grab a spot trackside and make a weekend of it with some Saturday Speedway action before Father’s Day on Sunday.

• Venue: Western Sydney Speedway

Schedule

• Pit Gates Open: 1PM

• Spectator Gates Open: 3PM

• Racing: 4PM-9PM

Driver Entry

• Entry Fee: $150

• Includes pit passes for the driver plus two crew members

• Pit Pass: $50

Spectator ticket pricing

• Adult (17+): $20 Online

• DADS: $10

• Youth (12-16yrs): $10 Online

• Aged Pensioner: $10 Online 

• Children under 12: FREE

Fans are encouraged to secure tickets in advance via the event page on the Western Sydney International Speedway website.
