It’s Time.

Thank you to everyone for your patience leading into our first practice session last Friday night.

We know the season calendar has been the subject of plenty of discussion in recent months. It’s been a challenging period for the sport — working through a change in venue operations, resolving track safety matters with Speedway Australia and Motorcycling NSW, and reshaping the circuit to deliver a surface that will excite competitors and fans alike.

There’s still work to do, but we’re committed to opening our gates for competition and the public with a clear plan for the season ahead. Thanks to an incredible team effort, we’re now ready to go racing.

Season Launch

We’re proud to release the Western Sydney Speedway Season Calendar, with Sprintcars once again the key feature of the venue. We’re committed to working closely with the Sprintcar Association of NSW to ensure their continued support and to get Sprintcars back on track at Western Sydney Speedway.

This year’s calendar looks a little different — and that’s intentional. It provides a strong foundation to build on, offering better racing, a better fan experience, and more opportunities to grow the sport.

What’s Ahead

This is just the beginning. More events are already in development and will be added throughout the year. Expect to see more opportunities for grassroots racing, skills development, and track time — including selected club and development events, mid-week Test & Tune nights, private venue hire, and other non-racing activities designed to keep the venue active and sustainable.

Our goal is long-term success — building a venue that supports the sport from the ground up. To the speedway community across Sydney, NSW, and beyond: we invite you to stand with us, support the venue, the clubs, and the teams.
